Therapy for anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship patterns, social anxiety, self esteem, emerging adulthood, and life transitions. My approach is person centered at its foundation, meaning the therapeutic relationship is the starting point for everything. I also draw from CBT and exposure based methods when structure and skills building are what the moment calls for. Every client is different, and I adjust based on what's actually working.

I also pay attention to how nutrition, sleep, exercise, and metabolic health interact with mental health. For some clients, what looks like treatment resistant anxiety or depression has a physiological component that standard therapy alone won't address. I provide psychoeducation on the relationship between diet, sleep, and brain function, and I coordinate with medical providers and dietitians when a client's situation calls for it. I do not prescribe diets or meal plans.

Many men show up to therapy when the strategies that used to work stop working. I help men explore identity, purpose, masculinity, and emotional life in a way that respects how they actually process rather than insisting they do it differently. My work in this area draws from the Centre for Male Psychology, and a practical understanding of what it takes to build a life that feels meaningful.

If you struggle to set boundaries, speak up for yourself, or say no without guilt, I can help. I use a structured, exposure based approach to build assertiveness skills gradually, starting with lower stakes situations and working up. This isn't about becoming aggressive or confrontational. It's about reconnecting with your own needs and learning to communicate them clearly.

I offer secure video sessions for anyone located in Texas. Telehealth works the same as in person therapy. Same session length, same approach, same commitment. Some clients do all their sessions online. Others alternate between in person and telehealth depending on the week.
